I have a great apartment recommendation for you in Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires is a beautiful city, but the rental business can be brutal. I've had friends lose deposits to crooked property managers, so when I planned my trip, I was more careful than ever. And it paid off. I found a fabulous place to stay, managed by an honest individual.
I spent 2 months in this lovely Studio apartment, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Buenos Aires. Surrounded by culture, cafes, restaurants and shops this really is the only location to be in.
This brand new apartment has been simply but well furnished, who with no expense spared has created a stunning interior space. The apartment itself boasts an impressive 44m2 with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Buenos Aires Sky line.
Inside you will find everything that you would expect from a fully furnished luxury apartment such as: WiFi, flat screen LCD TV, Cable with English and Spanish TV channels, DVD player, CD player, air-conditioning with reverse cycle, a massage jet shower and underfloor bathroom heating.
One floor up you have amazing facilities that you really can enjoy. The rooftop Jacuzzi is a must-see as it overlooks the beautiful Las Heras parque, the gym is situated behind with a glass wall so you can work out and look out over the skyline. Afterwards, why not relax in the sauna or use the BBQ and outdoor entertainment area with your friends. Plus there is no need to worry about these facilities being overrun with people - this is an exclusive building built by renowned architects Town House with only 34 apartments inside and security managed by Sebastian the live-in porter.
The location: The apartment is on Av. Coronel Diaz 2561, between Recoleta and Palermo. Not only is the apartment minutes away from a bus stop which has links to downtown and all major areas, it is also only 7 minutes away from the subway so getting around the city could not be easier.
